Today, academic staff from the Fakulteti i Edukimit / Faculty of Education- UP and Faculty of Education Universiteti “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren are engaging in a hands-on training on Constructive Alignment.
This workshop, facilitated by Dr. Anna Aleksanyan from Universität Graz, is designed to strengthen course design by ensuring that learning outcomes, teaching methods, and assessments are fully aligned—so that what students are expected to learn (outcomes), how they engage in the learning process (teaching and learning activities), and how their progress is measured (assessments) are consistently connected and mutually reinforcing.
