Yesterday, with the support of professors from Universität Graz, we had an inspiring and productive workshop with our esteemed academic staff from the Fakulteti i Edukimit / Faculty of Education- UP and Universiteti “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren as part of the #Valued Project capacity building initiative. This session focused on conceptualizing value-based education and exploring innovative approaches for program and course review and pre-service and in-service teacher capacity building.
Through meaningful discussions and collaborative efforts, we delved into the transformative potential of Value-Based Education, which integrates #ethicalresponsibility, #democracy, #equity, and #inclusivity into the education system. Together, we explored how VBE principles align with international best practices and support our educators in fostering integrity, diversity, and social justice in their teaching.
